The RD-10C/RD-10D threaded rotary paddle level switch is specifically designed for monitoring solid material points in silos, containers and chutes. It utilizes a micro motor as driving device, with the transmission shaft connected to a clutch. When no material is contacted, the motor operates normally; when the paddle touches material, the motor stops and outputs a contact signal. The product features automatic protection - the motor rotation mechanism will automatically slip when the blade is overloaded to prevent damage. Users can select different paddle specifications including T-type, square, L-type and other designs according to actual working conditions. Product Features (English)
The RD-10C/RD-10D level switch adopts unique electromechanical separation structure which is maintenance-friendly without disassembly. Its junction box has IP65 protection grade with excellent sealing performance suitable for outdoor applications. The product provides stable and adjustable torque to meet detection requirements of materials with different specific gravity. Specially designed paddles can be used for low-density material detection, with wide applications in industries including steel, cement, power, feed, etc. Flexible installation options allow horizontal, vertical or inclined mounting. By preventing silo overflow, chute blockage and empty running, it effectively reduces material waste and downtime. 2325

RD-10C/RD-10D料位開關通過永磁電機帶動葉片旋轉(zhuǎn)，當被測介質(zhì)到達葉片位置時，葉片受阻停止轉(zhuǎn)動，從而觸動微動開關輸出信號。當物料下降離開葉片時，葉片在彈簧作用下恢復原位繼續(xù)轉(zhuǎn)動。產(chǎn)品采用接觸式測量方式，結果真實可靠，不受物料粒度、形狀、比重等因素影響。雙重保護設計包括過載保護功能和自動斷電功能，當旋轉(zhuǎn)受阻時自動切斷電源，既保護電機又延長使用壽命。1524
Working Principle (English)
The RD-10C/RD-10D level switch drives the paddle to rotate via a permanent magnet motor. When the measured medium reaches the paddle position, the paddle stops rotating due to obstruction, thus activating the micro switch to output signal. When material moves away from the paddle, it returns to original position by spring force and continues rotating. The contact measurement method ensures authentic and reliable results, unaffected by material size, shape or specific gravity. Dual protection design includes overload protection and automatic power-off function that cuts off electricity when rotation is blocked, protecting the motor while extending service life. 221
