The QR-60 rotary paddle level switch is designed for detecting solid materials including powders, granules, lumps and viscous substances. It operates on the principle of a permanent magnet motor driving a rotating paddle. When rising material obstructs the paddle s rotation, the resistance is transmitted via a drive shaft to the detection unit in the junction box, which outputs a switch signal and cuts power to the motor. As material level drops, the spring mechanism restores the paddle to rotating status. This device finds applications across industries like chemical processing, plastics, steel, power generation, cement, pharmaceuticals, feed and food production.3811

Equipped with imported motor for prolonged continuous operation, the switch features dust-proof shaft sealing and adjustable torque settings to accommodate materials of varying densities. 一、產品簡介：

二、工作原理
電機帶動葉片旋轉，當被側介質到達葉片位置時，葉片手足停止轉動，從而觸動后面的微動開關輸出開關信號，當被測介質下降離開葉片時，葉片在彈簧的作用下恢復原位繼續轉動。彈簧的拉力可根據所測介質的比重進行調整，物料比重大時彈簧調整到*強，反之調至*弱。
