The GKDY-21 level switch is designed for detecting solid materials (such as powders, granules, and bulk solids) in industries like chemical, plastic, cement, feed, and food processing. It operates via a permanent magnet motor that rotates a paddle; when material rises to the paddle, rotation stops, triggering an output signal and cutting power. Once material level drops, the paddle automatically resets. The switch features dust-proof seals and overload protection to prevent motor damage, with stainless steel paddle construction for durability.

一、產品簡介：
阻旋開關是用于固態物料（包括粉狀、塊狀、粒狀、膠狀等）的物位控制器。它具有密封性好、過載能力強、輕便易裝、輸出觸點容量大等特點。針對不同比重的物料可通過調彈簧的拉力來實現，其接觸物料部分全為不銹鋼材料。阻旋開關在化工、塑料、水泥、制藥、飼料、食品等行業得到了廣泛的應用。
二、工作原理
電機帶動葉片旋轉，當被側介質到達葉片位置時，葉片手足停止轉動，從而觸動后面的微動開關輸出開關信號，當被測介質下降離開葉片時，葉片在彈簧的作用下恢復原位繼續轉動。彈簧的拉力可根據所測介質的比重進行調整，物料比重大時彈簧調整到*強，反之調至*弱。
