The GD-110 rotary paddle level switch is designed for point-level detection of solid materials including powders, granules, and bulk solids. Its working principle involves a permanently magnetized motor driving a rotating paddle. When material rises to the paddle position, the rotation is obstructed, triggering a switch signal through the transmission mechanism while cutting off power supply. The stainless steel sensing components ensure durability, with adjustable spring tension accommodating materials of varying densities. Featuring IP65 protection and dual-bearing support structure, it operates reliably in temperatures from -30℃ to +80℃ (high-temperature version up to 360℃). The compact design allows both top-mounted vertical installation and side-wall mounting, with optional protective sleeves for harsh environments.
