Utilizing non-contact measurement technology with high-sensitivity sensors, it provides real-time material status detection, making it ideal for storage systems, production processes, and conveying applications across chemical, food processing, energy, and building material industries.
Designed with environmental adaptability and operational efficiency, the compact housing employs industrial-grade protective materials. Capable of stable operation within -40℃ to +85℃ temperature range and featuring IP67 protection rating, it effectively resists dust, moisture, and corrosive gases. The sensor module incorporates adaptive calibration technology that dynamically adjusts detection thresholds based on medium characteristics, minimizing false alarms while ensuring measurement reliability. The integrated structure simplifies installation, supporting multiple mounting configurations including horizontal, side, or top mounting to accommodate diverse operational requirements.
