The SP-YC01SD-110mm flange-mounted tuning fork level switch operates on the principle of vibration damping and piezoelectric effect. Its sensing element consists of a tuning fork that maintains fixed vibration frequency and amplitude. When the fork is damped by process material, vibration stops and the control circuit triggers relay output signals. The device features automatic material density learning function through button operation without calibration. With all-metal construction and large vibration amplitude (over 10mm), it effectively sheds low-viscosity coatings on the probe to prevent false signals. 阻旋料位開關也有的稱之為阻旋物位計或者阻旋料位開關、阻旋物位開關等，主要是根據它具體的不同用途的不同名稱。阻旋式料位開關是采用交流微電機經減速后，帶動檢測葉片慢速旋轉。當被測物料的料位上升使葉片的轉動受到阻擋時，檢測機構主軸產生旋轉位移。此位移先使一個微動開關動作，發出有料的信號。隨后另一個微動開關動作，切斷微電機的電源使其停止轉動。只要倉內的料位不變，此種狀態便將一直保持下去。
