The TF-200 level switch is a point level controller designed for solid materials including powders, lumps, granules, and viscous substances. It operates on a mechanical principle where an electric motor drives a rotating paddle. When the measured material reaches the paddle, the rotation is obstructed, triggering a microswitch to output a switching signal. As the material level drops, the paddle resumes rotation under spring force. This product features simple construction and reliable operation, making it suitable for various industries such as chemical, plastics, cement, pharmaceutical, feed, and food processing. The TF-200 incorporates special sealing technology to prevent dust ingress and extend service life. The torque can be adjusted according to material density - stronger torque for heavier materials and weaker for lighter ones. 一、產品簡介：
阻旋開關是用于固態物料（包括粉狀、塊狀、粒狀、膠狀等）的物位控制器。它具有密封性好、過載能力強、輕便易裝、輸出觸點容量大等特點。針對不同比重的物料可通過調彈簧的拉力來實現，其接觸物料部分全為不銹鋼材料。阻旋開關在化工、塑料、水泥、制藥、飼料、食品等行業得到了廣泛的應用。
二、工作原理
電機帶動葉片旋轉，當被側介質到達葉片位置時，葉片手足停止轉動，從而觸動后面的微動開關輸出開關信號，當被測介質下降離開葉片時，葉片在彈簧的作用下恢復原位繼續轉動。彈簧的拉力可根據所測介質的比重進行調整，物料比重大時彈簧調整到*強，反之調至*弱。
