The RD-11 rotary paddle level switch is designed for monitoring solid materials such as powders, granules, and bulk solids. It operates by rotating a paddle via a micro motor; when material obstructs the paddle, the motor stops and triggers a switch signal for level control. Featuring a dual-layer dust-proof seal and specialized oil sealing, it effectively resists dust ingress, making it suitable for high-dust environments like cement silos, coal bunkers, and chemical plants.
The paddle torque is adjustable to accommodate materials of varying densities, and an overload protection mechanism disengages the clutch to safeguard the motor if excessive resistance occurs. The switch supports both horizontal and vertical installation, with customizable flange connections for flexible application. 一、產品簡介：
阻旋開關是用于固態物料（包括粉狀、塊狀、粒狀、膠狀等）的物位控制器。它具有密封性好、過載能力強、輕便易裝、輸出觸點容量大等特點。針對不同比重的物料可通過調彈簧的拉力來實現，其接觸物料部分全為不銹鋼材料。阻旋開關在化工、塑料、水泥、制藥、飼料、食品等行業得到了廣泛的應用。
二、工作原理
電機帶動葉片旋轉，當被側介質到達葉片位置時，葉片手足停止轉動，從而觸動后面的微動開關輸出開關信號，當被測介質下降離開葉片時，葉片在彈簧的作用下恢復原位繼續轉動。彈簧的拉力可根據所測介質的比重進行調整，物料比重大時彈簧調整到*強，反之調至*弱。
