工作原理
SR-10F通過微型電機驅動葉片旋轉（轉速約1轉/分鐘）。當物料觸及葉片時，阻力傳遞至檢測機構并觸發微動開關輸出信號，同時切斷電機電源；物料下降后，彈簧拉力使葉片恢復旋轉狀態。針對不同比重的物料，可通過調整彈簧拉力優化靈敏度（比重較大時調強，較小時調弱）。其雙重保護功能包括過載保護（防止葉片外力損壞電機）和自動斷電保護（料倉滿料時停止工作以延長壽命）。

Overview
The SR-10F rotary paddle level switch is designed for solid materials (e.g., powders, granules, lumps, or viscous substances). With flange connection (standard insertion depth of 100mm), it is widely used in belt conveyors or silos across industries such as metallurgy, coal, cement, power, and chemical processing. It ensures accurate level detection through direct contact measurement, supporting horizontal, inclined, or vertical installation. Its simple mechanical design eliminates electromagnetic interference and requires no maintenance for long-term operation.
Working Principle
The SR-10F rotates a paddle via a micro motor (1 RPM). When material obstructs the paddle, resistance triggers a microswitch to output a signal and cut off power. The paddle resumes rotation via spring tension after material recedes. Sensitivity is adjustable by modifying spring tension (stronger for high-density materials, weaker for low-density). Dual protection features include overload protection (preventing motor damage) and auto power-off (halting operation when the silo is full).
