The XM30-1AT0710 level switch is an intelligent detection device designed for industrial process control, employing non-contact measurement principles to reliably monitor solid particles, powders, and liquid media. Utilizing precise vibration frequency analysis technology, it detects material contact status changes in real-time, suitable for various industrial applications including inventory management and production process control.
Constructed with high-strength aluminum alloy and 316L stainless steel, the sensor features wear-resistant ceramic coating, maintaining stable operation within -40℃ to 150℃ temperature range. The triple-prong probe design effectively minimizes material bridging interference, while its self-adaptive calibration function accommodates materials with densities ranging from 800kg/m³ to 2500kg/m³, including cement, plastic pellets, and food ingredients.
Supporting horizontal, vertical, and angled installations, the device comes with universal flange connections compatible with mainstream industrial piping standards.
