The ZDXK series material level switch is an intelligent detection device developed for industrial process control applications. It is primarily used for monitoring material positions in containers, storage tanks, and pipelines. Based on proven technical solutions, this product accurately captures material state changes through sensitive sensing mechanisms, delivering precise start/stop control signals for automation systems to support refined production management.
Featuring a modular design, the product adopts isolated layout between the core detection unit and signal processing system, significantly enhancing operational stability. The sensing component is constructed with special alloy materials, demonstrating excellent resistance to corrosive media and mechanical impacts. To accommodate various material characteristics, it offers both contact and non-contact detection modes, suitable for monitoring powders, granules, liquids, and other material forms. The adjustable sensitivity function allows flexible response threshold settings according to material properties.
Regarding environmental adaptability, the product incorporates fully sealed protection structure with temperature compensation system, maintaining stable performance within -40℃ to 150℃ operating temperatures. The optically isolated signal output effectively prevents electromagnetic interference from affecting control systems. Multiple installation options including threaded fixation and flange connection are available, supporting horizontal, vertical, or angled mounting configurations to suit diverse industrial equipment layouts.
